Tips for accessing the form:

  • If you have PowerSchool Parent Portal account — Just log in and click the Registration 2025-26 button on the left side.

  • No PowerSchool Parent Portal account? Create or log into your existing Enrollment Account. (Check your email for a snapcode and link sent on 4/22/25).

  • Use the same account to complete the entire form. Forms cannot be started via the Parent Portal and completed via the Enrollment account.
